Totally Ozzy Tots Return policy:

Eligible Items:

We accept returns for unused and unopened products.

Exclusions:

Due to the nature of certain items, the following products
are non-returnable/refundable:

- Pacifiers and additional nipples.

- Diapers; both disposable, cloth, inserts and panel stickers.

- Sippy cups, bottles and food pouches.

Timeframe:

You have 10 business days from the date of purchase to
initiate a return.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt or
order confirmation.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs to
Totally Ozzy Tots.

Returns Process:

Store Credit Usage:

You can use your store credit/gift cards for future purchases on our
website. Store credit have no expiry date.

Discreet shipping?

Australia: For our Australian customers, all items will come in plain, non-indicating packaging/boxes with Totally OZ displayed on the label. The contents of the pack will not be displayed.

International: For our international customers, the label must state the entire contents of the package and our full business name. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
